The traditional clay "Beldi" oven for homemade 100% organic bread.

Discover our commitment to organic and local food at Palais Rhoul Dakhla. We prioritize direct sourcing of wheat, rye, buckwheat, and spelt from a local cereal farmer located at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, ensuring 100% organic products free from pesticides.

Our grains are meticulously stored to protect them from insects without the use of chemical products. In Dakhla, on-site, we engage in artisanal stone milling. This slow process crushes the wheat without heating the flour, preserving all the nutritional and flavorful qualities of the grain.

Explore our range of toasted or roasted flours, a unique expertise in the southern provinces.

Thanks to these special flours, we offer you traditional Moroccan bread crafted according to ancestral recipes and entirely organic, from our table to yours.

After baking the bread, we utilize the residual heat from the wood-fired oven to prepare authentic dishes such as méchoui, Tangia Marrakchia, or Pageot royal, infused with "Lékama" and filled with angel hair. Opt for a culinary experience that is organic, local, and authentic at Palais Rhoul Dakhla.

Rachida is monitoring the heating of her 100% organic bread oven.
