The Palais Rhoul restaurant is more than just a dining venue; it is an experience that blends flavors, organic products, and fresh sea fish. Welcome to a culinary journey!

Our products follow the seasons, both fruits and vegetables. We consciously choose not to use any imported ingredients or industrial pastries, emphasizing a local and responsible cuisine. All our products are fresh and sourced from the lagoon or desert greenhouses. Rachida, our talented chef, meticulously selects her ingredients from local farms, prepares the fish caught the same night (thanks to our own fishing boat setting sail daily), and grills fresh lobster. As for our oysters, they are harvested directly from the oyster farm a few hours before landing on your plate. Thus, every dish we serve embodies our commitment to authentic, local, and environmentally respectful cuisine. We hope this unique approach in Dakhla adds a special flavor to your culinary experience with us.

For an all-inclusive stay, we offer two dining options. A la carte meals are crafted considering your preferences, our daily catch, and fresh market products:

  • Organic Half-Board at 350 dirhams per day per person, excluding beverages:

This package includes breakfast and dinner.

  • Organic Full Board at 600 dirhams per day per person, excluding beverages, approximately 26 euros at the current exchange rate per meal:

This option includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Red lobster is available for an additional fee. It's important to note that the chosen board option must be specified when booking.

Note: We do not offer room service or a minibar. Our approach favors large lounges and the restaurant bar to maintain the friendly atmosphere of a guesthouse, encouraging encounters between our guests. Between 7:30 PM and 11:30 PM, our common spaces transform into a meeting place where you can enjoy your dinner or have an aperitif.
